“What senses do we lack that we cannot see or hear another world all around us?”
~ Orange Catholic Bible
In my journey “recognition” is a divine combination of sensing, intuiting, and releasing in varying degrees depending on the subject matter. Sometimes a recognition becomes an “AH-HA moment. Other times they are so profound that I am left breathless with a freshly synthesized perspective about myself, relationships, and/or the world around me.
in fact, I cannot remember as I am writing this, any one experience of recognition that fortified my intellectual data banks. No, the mere fabric of sensing, intuiting, and releasing reaches infinitely beyond concepts and many times reaches beyond existing understanding. How could one feel a recognition, if it was already an understanding?
Understanding is more of a thinking skill formed up until the moment we are doing a bit of recognition. Obviously, the older one is the more data - both mental, emotional, and spiritual - comes into play while sensing, intuiting, and releasing.
The release aspect is a feeling related activity stemming from exercising will.
Will develops constructs within originating from the same cosmic seed which builds and sustains the matrix of the cosmos. Yes, this divine nature exists in all living things but until it's recognized with living awareness the individual blows to and fro, shaken at whim by the winds of the objective world.
“Don’t depend on death to liberate you from your imperfections. You are exactly the same after death as you were before. Nothing changes; you only give up the body. Whatever you have made of yourself thus far, so will you be hereafter. To change, you have to make the effort. This world is the place to do it.”
It has been found in many ancient texts that one core law of the universe is cause and effect. In school we learned about Newton’s law: for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Yeah, I am not talking about his law since quantum physics has pretty much debased it.
My point is thus when one approaches life with the understanding that what they see and experience (effect) in life is formed by what they think (cause).
This Law of Cause And Effect (LCE) is infallible and irrefutable. It takes time to calibrate one’s awareness of the terrain in the degree of this connection.
For me, I began by applying LCE in bits and pieces to my life, First my relationships. Then to my work. Many of my ideas around situations and events - pastime and negative - over the years were demolished by this new perspective. And, I was also very surprised at other events and situations.
The LCE makes life as personal as it can be. You already know that no two people are the same. Your LCE is NOT EVER going to be the SAME as another person’s LCE.
The foundation underneath this Law is one's will and a downsized version of that is intention.
How many times do you go about your day without an intention?
I stopped living that blindly decades ago.
Try it on for size. Start small and go large.
Living with the awareness of this Law replaces complaining about circumstances in life to, “I can do better than this.”
“I will accept any rules that you feel necessary to your freedom. I am free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them; if I find them too obnoxious, I break them. I am free because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do.”
~ Robert A. Heinlein, The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress
Living in sync with your personal power is always and only about benefitting yourself and those in your world.
Personal Power is not about getting something over on someone. If you live in the mindset that you have to diminish another person to have your success that is a thought pattern based in scarcity.
When you consider the LCE, then as you create your life with a foundation of scarcity, or I don’t have enough, or I don't have what is necessary …. all you are going to receive are experiences in tune with that type of “lack of” thinking.
Be Your Own Champion.
Tuning your thinking is the key to personal power. This effort takes time, you are not going to see significant results overnight.
As you exercise your will you are able to tune your thinking pattern.
Life really boils down to the fact that one's experiences in life are pretty much based on the predominant thinking patterns.
“Oh, while I live, to be the ruler of life, not a slave, to meet life as a powerful conqueror, and nothing exterior to me shall ever take command of me.”
Understanding our thinking habits requires the determination and will to live a different lifestyle.
There is no judgment about any lifestyle, but evolution can be by default or by choice.
Living by choice is actively engaging your consciousnesses, as the director of your life, versus living by default as the majority of people do with empirical habits reinforced by societal norms and expectations nurtured in the holy grail of organized religion.
We learn by doing. Practice makes for perfection. The best method to refine thinking patterns is practice - by repetition - and you will realize one day that the refinements you wanted and practiced are suddenly in place and working automatically led by your subconscious.
